Alejandro Schnakofsky is the Director of Product Management and Development at Wärtsilä Energy, the leading provider of smart energy solutions. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the product portfolio including hardware, software, services, and system design for energy storage, microgrids, and hybrid power systems. Prior to joining Wärtsilä, Alejandro worked for Flextronics where he defined, developed, and launched to market their energy storage portfolio. Alejandro started his career at ABB Inc. where he held a variety of technical roles including Global lead product manager for the HV protection, automation, and control business. Alejandro holds a BS and MS in electrical engineering and has over 13 years of experience in the energy industry.
